About

The primary goal of the C.A.P.E program is to provide students the opportunity to design, develop and build satellite systems and perform experiments from a low earth orbit, LEO, using small and inexpensive satellites. We are a team of both graduate and undergraduate students working to make the University of Louisiana at Lafayette the first Louisiana university to place a satellite into orbit. In the process we are gaining invaluable experience in the design and implementation of space and communications systems.
